RPSL Companies
RPSL companies are solely responsible for maintaining the validity of their licence and complying with all applicable requirements governing recruitment and placement of seafarers.
Seafarer / INDOS Verification
Users acknowledge that verification status may change over time and that CrewBridge may conduct additional verification checks where reasonably necessary.
4. Recruitment & Platform Role
CrewBridge provides digital tools through which seafarers may discover vacancies and submit applications and through which companies may publish vacancies and manage applications.
CrewBridge does not collect money from a seafarer on behalf of an RPSL company for obtaining employment or act as a financial intermediary in employment transactions between users.
Any employment relationship, recruitment decision, joining arrangement, salary, contract, visa, travel, medical examination, training or joining expense is between the relevant parties.
CrewBridge does not guarantee an interview, selection, employment, joining or any particular salary or contract.
5. Fraud, Agents & Financial Transactions
Users must independently verify the identity, authority and regulatory status of any person or company with whom they communicate or transact.
If a seafarer is contacted by an agent, individual, RPSL company or any third party and voluntarily makes a payment or suffers a financial loss, such loss is not the responsibility of CrewBridge where CrewBridge was not the recipient or party to that transaction.
CrewBridge shall not be responsible for losses arising from fraudulent offers, impersonation, unauthorized agents, fake recruitment communications, personal payments, bank transfers, UPI transactions or other transactions conducted directly between users and third parties, except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Vacancies & Applications
Companies may create vacancies containing information such as rank, salary, contract duration, experience, required positions and other recruitment requirements.
Companies are responsible for ensuring that vacancy information is accurate, lawful and not misleading.
Seafarers are responsible for ensuring that information contained in their profiles, applications, certificates, sea service records and uploaded documents is accurate and genuine.
7. Documents & Sea Service
CrewBridge may allow users to upload professional documents, certificates, identity information, sea service records and other employment-related documents.
Users must upload only documents that belong to them or that they are legally authorized to submit.

Certain CrewBridge features and services may require payment according to the pricing displayed on the platform at the time of purchase.
Before making a payment, users are responsible for reviewing the applicable plan, duration, price and features.
Payment for platform access does not guarantee employment, selection, interview, recruitment or placement.
